"It was time, a change of scenery, to get a little lost, to feel alive, and reach beyond me."

Spent the day in Padova with two friends of mine, and it was a blast. I talked so much I'm literally hoarse, and we did some shopping, ate pizza, and organized a photography day in Venice. They're both studying professional photography, I just have my cute digital camera, but I can be an awesome guide. :D

Besides, I'm participating in a wonderful ( Read more... )

The project ends more or less on May 14th. We have a month to do it, and you can send the pictures via email too (see here). There are already a few pictures on Tumblr, they remind me a lot of the dwarf in Amélie, I'm so excited to do it! ♥

I saw a couple of gifs on tumblr of "Miranda", and now I have to see it! To the torrent! Yo-ho yo-ho!

Next time I'll visit London, I must go to the theatre. Any musical would be fine, it's just an experience that I have to do!

By Gillian Anderson you mean Scully? As if the woman I was madly in love with from age 13 to age 17? That Gillian Anderson?

Leave now. I must go to my mind palace and squee in delight for a while.

You definitely should! You'll love it. I miss that about London A LOT. Last year a friend came to visit and she brought me this:

You should put a warning before posting that kind of pictures, my heart skipped more than a few beats there!

And by all means, that is the perfect size indeed (although, heart skipping). ♥

Wow, that sounds amazing! I was an avid X-Files fan back in the day, it was the first thing I loved that my parents didn't, it was a weird but nice feeling, like I was slowly getting out of the egg. ^^

I loved it, too, back in the day, but with my being older than you, and with TXF being shown later over here, I was around 20. My dad loved it, too, so in my case it was good to have something to watch and enjoy together.:)

As to the heart-skipping...sorry.:) But you know what I mean!

I was 13, and it was 1996, probably the most important year of my life, the year I had to stop being a child and had to grow up all of a sudden. And they were airing this stories of ghosts and demons and aliens and I was so captivated by it. My parents thought it was too gruesome, and my sis was scared by it but she made me tell her all the episodes at night instead of fairytales. ^^

Ah.:) One of life's lessons--it's not always (only) the story, it's sometimes the story-teller, who brings the magic!

I've always loved telling stories, and I feel like I never stopped. Now I usually tell Tati my favourite fanfics, because sometimes the language barrier can stop her from reading them, and I just love it because she's always so captivated. It's the closest I can get to being a magician, I think. *_________*
