The weather, she is deadly: high winds, blowing snow, 0 degrees F (-18 C), and a bracing  -22F (-30C) wind chill.  The way to school and back was some white-knuckle driving.  The wind was whipping the snow around so hard that not only was there less then a mile visibility, but it looked like white surf pouring across the road, an optical illusion of listing sideways that made my head swim.  You seriously couldn't see the next building over while driving in town.  It was so like Silent Hill that I half expected the road to drop off into nothing.  If the radio had gone to static, I'm pretty sure I would have wet myself.  It's awfully hard to fend off Air Screamers and Larval Stalkers with an ice scraper.
