so i was talking to my boss about next week and how im too stressed to work with little kids and trying to ask for a better position...well, she said that id the only way i can avoid the youngest kids (pios) is to take that week off, so i said "ok then, im going to take week 7 off and i will see you week 8." and she said that if by the end of week 7 and im still not ready to work with pios then i just shouldnt come back. sounds alot like i came to bargain knowing how short staff-ed we are, and i got shot down and fired, when my bargaining chip was that if i dont get older kids i will quit.
guess im not as great of a councilor as i thought.
its for the best i think, i have cried twice a day for 3 days this week and 4 times today.
