it's obvious that you're dying
So I am headed to portland in march for a few days. I have to apologise to scotty firstly, cos i guess i didn't make it too clear on the dates, and i'm a bad friend. the guffies night will be march 5th ! we are also going dancing saturday night at embers if you wanna come play :) :) :) it shall be fabulous fun, the more the merrier.
i'm excited to go, and that's making chima pretty pissy. i guess he thinks i was never this excited when making a trip to go see him... but *scratch head* im pretty sure i always was. i dunno what's up with him being so insecure lately. he never used to give a shit who i hung out with or what i did, but now he's always asking me who i'm talking to and looking at my computer screen. *shrug* i dunno i wont have a spaz about it, it's just curious.
i think it will be GOOD to spend a week apart. we see each other 24/7. home, then drive to work together (work in different departments tho) and then maybe lunch, and drive home again. sometimes we putz around but i dont really know anyone here i would hang out with on purpose, they're mostly chima's friends. people from work are ok but everyone here is married at 20, so no guy buddies without jealous wives. who needs that drama.
anyway i think it will be good to go goof around, hang out with my loveys, go to the ocean, generally be an idiot for 5 days and let off some steam.
it would be good to actually look forward to coming back.
i know i'll be exhausted once the trip is over, if i do it right.
i shall be staying with the hanners most of the time i think. i've got an overnighter at the ocean that i THINK is happening. i guess we'll see how that goes, my companion for that trip is flaky. but i so so so want to walk on the beach at midnight, and we always have to leave early to get back, so i never get to. THIS TIME THO! !!! <3
ok , enough serious stuff.
i got a new hair straightener and it works like a charm... also since my hair is like a foot shorter, it's soooo much easier to straighten it. last time i did i think it only took me 45 minutes. THATS A RECORD! used to be an hour and a half minimum. haha.
also, i got some cute clothes to go with my cute haircut so i actually feel like a cute girl some days, instead of a bum every day.
OOH and i got BOOTS, for 10 dollars! at jc penney! i am officially the queen of clearance. haha.
i need to stop listening to goddamned paramore constantly.
