Back on Track

So after finally settling into the apartment here in Austin I have decided that I need to get back on track with my eating and working out. It's been a hell-of-a long time since I worked out but today I am proud to say I did 30 minutes of cardio.

Food Intake:

Lunch:
Organic PB&J w/ Double Fiber Bread- 4 pts
14 Honey Crackers- 3 pts
Root Beer- 3 pts
(10 pts)

Snack:
Banana- 2 pts
Granola Bar- 2 pts
(4 pts)

Dinner:
10 Whole Wheat Ritz (3 pts)
Whole Wheat Rice (5 pts- added CBNB)
Bread w/ Butter (5 pts)
Activia Yogurt Strawberry with Cereal (2 pts)
Tea (0 pts)
(15 pts)

So granted this is 29 points. I technically have 6 more points to go for the day just to get to my required eating level. It's already late though and I think I will just forget them for the day. I did workout as well so technically that gives me even more points. Hmm.

Let's hope that I can keep up with this on my own so that I can get back to where I was. I really want to be the thin Jenn that Michael met back a year ago!

2 pts left at end of the day- much better if I do say so myself! Granted I only got in one fruit, but I got in 2 dairy and 2 water. Definitely need to bump up the water intake!
