So I just started this wonderful body cleanse tonight. We have decided that for us to do it together we need to be on the same schedule meaning breakfast- 10 p.m., lunch- 4 a.m., dinner- 10 a.m., and a snack at 12 p.m.
For breakfast it was a banana smoothie made with soy milk and then a cup of herbal decaf tea. Let me say the smoothie wasn't bad at all. The tea on the other hand is NASTY! I can't put any sweetener in it and oh my heck I'm choking it back. The pills weren't that bad to take but the Prebiotic packet that I had to mix with the smoothie took some serious work to get it smooth. Next time I will blend it in with it just to make it easier.
I did weigh on the home scale before starting so I know where I am at. It weighed me 13 pounds heavier than the doctor's scale just last week. Hmm... different clothes, different time of day, etc.
