Pioneering photographers
To decide which icon or artist to include in this journal next I though Id take a step back.
Some times there is a moment captured in time or an image that stays with us. Even celebs and musicians have been made superstars through an image.
For example Marilyn Monroe was the biggest thing of her time but would she have been made into a global brand after her death without the image of her giggling at her naughty white dress? Maybe, but the image helped.
What I’m trying to say is the photographers have a lot to do with creating cultures and fashions and icons, not just the people they photograph.
