Small update!
So I don't know if I posted this yet, sure I have, but I got a promotion! I'm finally moved into Men's department as of today with a 15% pay raise to 10.35 and hour! Woot. And my quota is much easier to make as men's clothing costs a hell of a lot more. And with OU football on the loose, i'm making loads. So that's good. That means my next review, I should get another raise or another promotion.
Brent told me he doesn't want me staying in mens. He wants to move me up into a better section, to keep promoting me. 'We need to managers and your well on your way. You already know more than some of the current managers do and that's going to help you climb the ladder quick.'
I guess that includes the day I had to 'take over' the fashion show cause noone thought it out, they just kinda threw it all together. So, having some experience in doing stage shows (hello, cosplay), I jumped to the front and kinda took charge. I was nervous to get in trouble at first but when Brent (Ops manager) started taking notes, I knew I was A-ok. ^_^
NOT going to Afest. Duh, it was this weekend! lol
AM going to the State Fair. I would LOVE to see some of you guys out there!
Ps. Kohaku honey we miss you tons and want to see you again. I think next month or this, Kris and I are gonna either get you or come see you. If not, take off NOW for the Halloween party and we'll pick you and whoever you wanna bring up. It's gonna be fun all round.
The official invite will go out this month (Sept.) as soon as I get the time and we've figured exacts out. If your on here, YES your invited. If you wanna bring food, get with us and let us know, but we'll get to that more later. I'll need rsvps when the time comes.
Anyhoo, going to go watch a movie. Love yall!
