Managed to watch lots of movies this week as I wanted, so yay!
82. Red: Werewolf Hunter (03.11.10) 5/10
I love Felicia and I love Kavan but this was both ridiculous and also kind of dull. But not ridiculous in a great way like other SyFy originals.
83. Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part 1 (19.11.10) 9/10
I really enjoyed this. I remember hating the first one with a fiery passion, but now when I rewatch it, it's so cute! This one was brilliant, though. I don't remember the last time I've seen a film over 2 hours long where I haven't looked at my watch a single time.

Decent cast, plot failed miserably at holding my attention though.

After Glee I thought I should watch the original. It's nice to know the actual plot now!

My hatred of Keira Knightley is easily overpowered by my love of Matthew Rhys, especially Matthew Rhys being angsty and even more so Matthew Rhys being angsty with his Welsh accent. Sienna Miller was surprisingly good, and I had wondered if I would like Keira more when she was being Welsh like I did with Anna Friel when she's being American, but no. She's still annoying.
88. Going the Distance (26.11.10) 8/10
I have loved Justin Long since he was in Ed, and this had Natalie Morales in it (fairly briefly) and it was a very good example of how an (alleged) couple can make a movie that doesn't suck. It was basically your standard rom-com, but I like that kind of thing, plus quite a few genuine laugh out loud moments.

I preferred Shrek 2 to Shrek, but Shrek 3 and 4 were both unnecessary, and yet I felt the need to watch them for completion's sake. There were a couple of amusing moments but basically it's tainting the memory of the good ones.

Everybody raved about this so I thought I should see it. It was quite good. A bit "trying to be clever" in places but forgivable. Emma Stone was good.
