Didn't nobody tell you the house will always win?
I did a new season review in September, so I thought I'd go through and review them now we're almost halfway through, considering I've dropped quite a few now.
DROPPED
I watched the first episode of these and dropped them without watching any more:
The Event
Shit My Dad Says
My Generation (cancelled anyway)
Outsourced
I also dropped Community after the season premiere. Or maybe I watched another couple, I can't remember. I tried watching it last week to see if it was any better and I chuckled once or twice which is an improvement but it still tries far too hard to be clever and it just comes off annoying. The one I watched last week was better because the most annoying characters were hardly in it.
Also given up on: Hawaii Five-0. I watched it up until last week, but I was just struggling with it a bit. I really liked the character moments, but the actual cases weren't entertaining enough to keep me watching. I may dip back in for good guest stars though.
STILL WATCHING (WHILE THEY'RE AIRING)
Undercovers - cancelled, but still has a couple of episodes to air. I'm not too depressed about it being cancelled, it wasn't great, but it entertained me for an hour or so each week and Alan Dale had just turned up as the baddie!
Running Wilde - If the Big Pete scenes could all be cut together without any of the other shit, it would be great, because I get one or two big laughs per ep from him. But aside from that it's quite rubbish, which is a shame because of the great potential from the creative types involved!
STILL WATCHING (JUST ABOUT)
House - I think this is more loyalty than anything else. We've dropped back to Sky pace (though it's only a few days behind the US now anyway) and I wouldn't be surprised if we give up completely at some point. But I think Mam still enjoys it so we keep going with it.
Bones - I have no inclination to give this up, it still entertains me ever week - but it's always the last thing we watch.
No Ordinary Family - It entertains me, and the cast are good. I just can't decide if I love it or not. I think because there's nothing particularly new about the stories, but they're being told well so I'm sticking with it.
STILL LOVING
The Vampire Diaries (how can every episode be so good?!)

HIMYM
Modern Family
Cougar Town
Brothers & Sisters (there have been some really amazing episodes this year, particularly the Kevin/Scotty stuff)
Desperate Housewives (though it's in one of its boring phases at the moment)
Glee (Not enjoying the song choices as much as last year but still enjoying the show in general. Though would like less Kurt please.)
Better With You (Really really liking this. The cast are all great. It'll probably not last past season one but that's fine - I'll watch it til it's not on any more and then move on.)
Raising Hope has graduated from "I think I like it" to something I really love. Every week there's something that makes me laugh harder than anything else that week.
