Another movie update. I thought I was further on than this, I've really slowed in my movie watching the last few weeks. Need to get a move on, really want to be at 50 by June to stand a chance of getting through 100 again.
36. Obsessed (28.04.10) 6/10
This was a bit crap. I downloaded it on a whim and it was just very meh, quite predictable. Ali Larter was very good playing a crazy stalker bitch though, which must be what she's best at.

I quite enjoyed this. I realised that even though I've been meaning to watch it for years, I didn't actually know what it was about. Me being me, the rom-com half of the movie was more entertaining than the tragedy part of the movie, but it was still very good, and especially Catherine Who Married Mal In Neighbours (Radha Mitchell) and Chloë Sevigny were excellent. I don't think I'd watch it again, though.

I loved this. I expected to, and I've been looking forward to seeing Jonathan starring in something for two years now (it appeared on his IMDB in May 08) and I wasn't at all let down. It was far from perfect, it did drag in places (the first point when she started talking to the photocopier and it talked back, went on for ages. I liked it better when she was talking and we weren't sure if it was an alien or if she was just talking to the photocopier) and the music was overpowering and a bit too much - but then I've never been a huge fan of Common Rotation anyway so I'm not too surprised about that. The ending was a bit of a squib, too, but all in all the performances and the comedy throughout made up for those things. Plus there was a certain amount of weird pride in seeing Jonathan in a lead role, and doing it so well. <3
