Due to the current financial crisis, I would like to be extended a credit line of $31Bn. I'm not a bank, but neither is GM or Ford. I hold no toxic assets, but neither does Amex. So I figure, if they're getting the big bucks, you should be able to help me out. Heck, you can even replace the Bn with a M, it's all the same to me. Don't worry, I'll pay it back!
