"Today is my birthday. Don't piss me off."
In a few minutes, Dan & I are going to see The Omen. (He got to my house too late to go with Jay and Renata.) As a horror movie buff, I have to see it, even though I know it will suck compared to the original. but Dan's never seen the original (I'll have to remedy that!) so maybe he'll enjoy the remake. *shrugs*
Today I learned that Rob Zombie is on board to write and direct the new Halloween movie, due out in October, so maybe all is not lost!
Dan didn't want to pick up the DVD player tonight, but he promises to go with me tomorrow. My mom actually asked if she could have the DVD player back that she gave me for my birthday last year! (She already has one of her own.) When I said "But that was my birthday present!" she said, "So, you're going to have two DVD players???" She would too, if I gave back the one she gave me! *headthunkdesk*
Anyhoo, the movie starts in half an hour, so I should go.
Oh, yeah, I have a court date on Thursday. Yee.Haw.
