[Pix] Lavender
My first time touching my camera in months! *sniffs* XD
Today I went on an unexpected day trip with my family to Sequim (pronounced "Skwim"), Washington, approx 2.5 hours away from my house. It started with my brother and his golf game and my parents' friends (aka hardcore golfers). I didn't even know that I had to go with them today until my mum woke me up at 5:30 this morning ^^"
Overall, it was a fun day ^^ The weather was really nice. We went to a lavender and berries field while waiting for those golfers to finish their games ^^ So I did get a chance to take some pictures to share with you guys! ^^
Purple is so not my favorite color when it comes to photography. >__<"
White lavender? I totally wanted to go have a closer look if there were no bee army flying all over the places ^^"
They sell dried lavender buds and related products at this u-pick farm. But you can also buy a lavender tree (full grown) too, for only $13.
U-pick berries!
I tried to find strawberry fields, but almost killed myself tripping over something, so I gave up and satisfied with all other berries available within a short walk ^^;
Love the blue sky! (the dried wheat field is reminding me of my school in Pullman, so I couldn't resist taking this picture ^^)
