She goes to the window when she hears the rumble, wants to see the big black car that Sam grew up in, the one he considers more home than any place with four walls. Dean leans against the door for a moment before he opens it, and she can see his arms shaking even from four stories up. For a crazy second, she has the impulse to throw the window open and yell down to him, tell him not to go, that Sam is sorry, that Sam loves him. That she’s not sure Sam can be happy without him.
