Yeah. Okay. The Lion King 2: Simba's Pride. There's your "lovely" message of the day, Edwina. Very inspirational. And ought to strike a chord with you two, Adam and Lil, eh? After extensive Disney watching with my niece, I've come to the conclusion that all the sequels are shitty beyond ( Read more... )

Just how extensive was your viewing, I wonder?

I mostly did paperwork while she sat and watched. That count?

Oh, that hardly garners the same awe from ticking clocks attempting to find interest. But I suppose it's far less harmful to your higher brain functions this way.

Ticking clocks?

Ha. Wasn't really the intention. Mostly.

Of course it wasn't. But then you must admit to partaking in these films willingly, which is an entirely different can of worms. Really, it's much simpler to leave out the paperwork and take the looks of hungry maternal glee as they come.

Ah.

You gonna psychoanalyse me, babe?

I generally try to avoid it via compendium. The analysis of writing is far less precise and far more prone to migraines and violent rages on the part of the therapist than a comfortable chair and the pleasantly droning voice of a patient.

However, I would be perfecly willing to listen if you must confess some deap-seated fondness for animated love stories and/or musicals to an unbiased third party.
