The Alliance is a coalition of consumers, families, senior and disability advocates, workers, clergy, agencies and community leaders who have united to improve support services needed by our rapidly growing elderly and disability communities. We recognize that any improvements in services can only be achieved with a superior, stable, well-educated, and satisfied work force. We are dedicated to the development and implementation of strategies that ensure Arizonans in need of services receive high quality, consumer driven care which is respectful of the dignity, autonomy, and unique challenges of recipients.
