(no subject)
So I made these peanut butter squares today for a student worker party, and apparently they were a hit! ;) I've had several of the other staff here compliment me, and one of them emailed me asking if I could share the recipe with a bunch of them! That made my day! :) The squares are SO YUMMY! And they are actually easy to make! I made them this morning and had to hide them from Gram. She kept eyeing them and was as bad as a kid! Don't worry, I did give her one, i'm not that mean. ;) I do have to watch her like a hawk though.
Not much else going on. Trying to go home this weekend but it depends on what my brother is doing. Course he doesn't make plans and i'm sure could care less how that affects me and mine. I either have to take Gram home with me, or I don't. I'd rather not, like if he stays at Gram's then I can leave her. We'll see I guess. I am trying to get home to have the time to see Lisa! She just got a new job as a nurse's assistant and i'm SO happy for her! So I want to celebrate! Then my parents have a concert Sunday they want me to attend. IT all depends on the weather too! I really hate driving in snowy conditions.
Ken's party was last weekend and it was a lot of fun. Good to see him and Legs and even Bill again! Too bad Bill was too busy making fun of me to have a normal conversation. ;) Ha. Ken's other two buddies were cool too. And the food was awesome! His mom is so sweet and such a doting hostest, hehe. We're not giving up on you Ken! I hope that was clear at your party!
Roger comes next week! :) I am very excited for that! It will have been 3 weeks! That's WAY Too long!!!! ;) Just gotta get through this next week...
Before I Go home tomorrow I hope to get a tree, not sure where though. It'll give something for Gram to do! She'll probably just water it all day long! ;)
