another post about eczema

-I am at my wits end with my eczema and am finally ready to take the plunge into elimination diet-dom. The only problem is, I feel like I won't be able to eat anything. Does anybody know where I can get a sample meal plan for the 4 weeks I'll need to go without? I am sort of thinking the issue is nightshades. I really hope it's not, because eggplant and tomatoes are my favorite things ever.

-I have just moved and I am pretty sure the different kinds of pollens/dust are triggering it. What can i do to alleviate that, if anything? I already take a warm bath with coconut oil/oatmeal/chamomille every other day. I spend a lot of time outside gardening, and I'm pretty sure that's not helping.

-Does anybody have any suggestions to teach myself to stop itching it? Sometimes I can go three days with full restraint, but then I'll get stressed out and I can't help but scratch the shit out of it. Also sometimes it'll start itching RIGHT after I put some moisturizer or ointment on it (I use either coconut oil, shae butter, rosemary infused almond oil, and occasionally cortisone cream if it's extra bad), I think touching it at all is irritating to it.

-I used that new Neosporin Eczema that came out not too long ago and it worked great. I guess the main active ingredient in it is colloidal oatmeal. Other than an oatmeal bath or a poultice, is there any other remedy that uses oatmeal?
