reusable shopping bags
Hi all,
I am looking to buy some reusable grocery bags. I have some that I've had forever from Fred Meyer, and they are just perfect. They are the ones that are made of plastic, but a woven material. They are about the size of a paper bag, and have handles large enough to put up on your shoulder. I usually see them sold for about $1. These are basically what I'm talking about.
The thing is, my grocery store doesn't sell them! They have crappy non-woven plastic with too-small handles instead. Boo. Any leads on chain stores that might sell bags like I want? I could obviously order them online, but would rather not pay shipping.
***EDIT: As Rocza pointed out, it would probably help to tell y'all where I'm at! I am living in central NY at the moment. We do not have TJs, whole foods, safe way, Winco, HEB, or Ikea. We do have Dollar Tree (I think), Family Dollar, Wegmans (which does not have the bags), Top Foods, Price Chopper, Walmart, Kinney Drugs, Rite Aid, and Target.
Thanks for the suggestions everyone! If anyone knows for sure that the stores I have mentioned have the bags, I'd love to hear it. It sounds like Dollar Tree, Tops, or Target might be possibilities so far. :) ***
