(no subject)
COLD! So I have to get rid of this cold as quickly as possible.
I have runny nose, sneezing, hardcore coughing. I've been taking zinc (zicam) nonstop for three days. Also been on mucinex dm for my cough. Doesn't seem to be doing much, so I'm curious of suggestions for what I should change to, add on, or what?
I'm also getting a mask for when when I go to my parents house tomorrow, with my grandma. She's old and frail, so I'm trying to think of what else I can do to protect her from my cold. Any suggestions (besides avoidance, which I'm hoping won't be the case) would be great.
