Hey guys!
I'm not sure this really fits in the natural living community, per se, but out of all my resources I figured you guys are my best bet.
My question is: do any of you have any experience training yourself to sleep in a particular position? If you do, I'd love to hear some tips.

I sleep with two body style pillows. One of the more traditional long rectangles ones at my back(it is pretty big and fluffy. Which means I have a hard time propping my leg up on it. Which means even if I do manage to roll over I don't stay that way for long.). So I lean back on it when I sleep. And then I have a snoogle pillow in front of me. http://www.amazon.com/Leachco-Snoogle-Total-Body-Pillow/dp/B0000635WI I use the snoogle to lean forward on. I got one of these when I was pregnant with my son. Since I had to sleep on my left side all night every night from 12 weeks till he was born at 38 weeks(doctors orders). So I started to sleep with the two pillows on either side. I also found this helps me stay off my right shoulder which I injured when I was 14 in a car accident(as I have gotten older sleeping to long on the right side causes me to pinch a nerve in the shoulder. Which can take days for it to right itself). I am a pretty restless sleeper. So between changing the way I lean and ho my legs are propped on my pillows I generally can get comfortable. It did take me a month or two to get use to switching from falling a sleep on my right side to my left side. But Now I can't fall a sleep any other way then sleeping on my left side.
