Giant plastic bags at work going to waste
Hey all,
I work at a fitness center and we have the towels we hand out to members professionally laundered and delivered to us in big blue garbage bags. We have no recycling at work (ugh), so in the course of a regular day, we'll stuff about 20 of these bags into the trash. I asked about having them use cloth bags, but it's not a priority for anyone else I work with, so it's not really an option now.
Do you all have any suggestions for what I can do in the meantime to reduce this incredible waste? I live in an apartment so I don't need garbage bags this big. Thanks.
