What good-tasting non-soy alternatives to cheese are out there?
How long does Vegan-Rella last in the fridge once it's open, and how do i handle/store it properly? Is it a safe alternative, or does it spoil easily? Can i eat it cold? Can i melt it in grilled sandwiches, etc?
Is there a good non-soy, non-dairy ice-cream sandwich out there too? i'm dying for one! :)
