I was blown away last week when I got a Blueberry Blondie from the health food store and it made with whole food ingredients. It was amazingly DELICIOUS! I love to bake but have always been intimidated by cooking with natural sweetners and alternate flours because I wasn't sure of the ratios.
This is where I could use your help. Can anyone recommend a really delicious natural baking cookbook? Can someone give me some book recommendations? I found these two, which sound good according to their reviews, but you never know. Has anyone used either?
