Lubricants for TTC (Trying To Conceive) + Lactational infertility

I was researching the effects of different chemicals on sperm mobiilty, and it seems that some popular sexual lubricants are unfriendly to TTC! What's more interesting to me is that while using no lubricant at all is optimum (according to this study), more 'natural' lubes like olive oil or canola oil had the least adverse effect. Don't have much to comment, lol mainly because single at the moment and things have been slow. HOWEVER I would suggest coconut oil as an option. Great lubricant, a natural antibiotic, doesn't taste bad either ;)

Hey, I just read that yeast doesn't particularly like c. oil, so it can actually deter(!) a yeast infection.

I bet it smells nice. Where do you buy yours?

i found a huge jar of it at a local city wide grocery chain. It was organic and cost like 4 bucks.

I buy mine at local health food store, and since it doubles skin and food I go for the virgin Unrefined so costs more but one jar lasts for many uses so the price is worth it. If I was only using for skin would go for the $6-7 jar sold in more general stores now.

That's awesome! I have coconut oil right next to my bed & have thought about it as a lubricant, but I wasn't sure if I should. Yay coconut sex!
