Organic Meat

Hi All,

I'm currently researching the area I live in for organic meat, particularly chicken.  Little Rock, Ar has an array of local butcher shops, but none of them sell chicken.  The grocery stores around here seem to be in love with the Tyson company, and my husband and I are just not up to eating the stuff.

I'd love to get my meat from a local source, a quality farm for example.  This is a long shot, but does anyone know of a database or some sort of way of narrowing the search for quality meat?
