a statement, some whining, and a question!

I've starting seeing a Naturopath for a whole host of health problems. I won't bore you with the details, but most notably migraine, fatigue, and belly aches. She did a few tests, and yesterday was my follow up appt......

As it turns out, I am allergic to eggs and cow's milk, two major staples of my diet. being that I don't eat any red meat, and barely eat poultry, this really puts a damper on things... I eat cheese and yogurt every single day! and eggs are in lots of things, but bread is the thing I am most concerned with. Any tips on getting around the egg/cheese thing would be greatly appreciated. I know there are lots of vegans out there, but I don't know a lot about the diet.

Here's the other thing.... My Naturopath has put me on a regimen that is almost impossible to keep up with. Simplified, I've got to drink 2 kinds of "cocktails", 2 kinds of tea, along with my 8-10 glasses of water per day. she gave me 13 pills per day to eat, told me to eliminate eggs and cows milk, and gave me some skin brushing thing to do every morning. I don't even think I can afford this, let alone keep it up. Have any of you had this with your Naturopath? Do you pick and choose what you comply with, or just tell her it's too much? I want to feel better, but this seems crazy!

sorry for the ramble....
