I got a job!

Hi all you natural living folks,
I am excited to say I got a job working with Environment America as a Campaign Organizer for the election. I'll be making sure that environmental issues are an important part of the election platform for both Presidential candidates and Senate/House candidates along with a lot of other stuff. I know a general amount about the environment and natural living issues, but I am looking for more resources so that I can be much better acquainted with the general population's concerns. My personal specialty is focused on the terrors of livestock on the environment and GMOs in our food chain. Anything specifically I should look at? Books, documentaries, websites, blogs - anything you would recommend so I can be as well-rounded and prepared as possible (and any concerns you want me to file away and research/discuss at my job).
Thanks! I'm really excited to be working toward making America more green!

PS...the resources don't have to be America-centric; I want to be knowledgeable about environmental issues all over the world!
