Christmas recipe help
I want to make Irish Soda Bread (with raisins) for family and friends this year. Our local Irish pub makes some great soda bread that is moist and I think that many soda bread recipes are on the dry side. Of course they won't part with their recipe so I'm turning to you all for help. Does anyone have a recipe they can share with me (or point me to) that is on the moist side? I'd be very thankful.
