I think perhaps the reason why you are feeling this way is because of the holidays.....I'm in the same boat......another year past by, and I'm still at the same job, still single, and still searching for that special someone to share my life with.....so, believe me when I say "I know how you feel". I think this is a part of the process, you've accomplished so much, don't give up now!!! I mean, you are following your bliss, you moved out here all by yourself, and you work 60 hours a week because.......you have to eat!!! Don't be too hard on yourself. A friend of mine, who's been struggling in the music field for years, just got hired to do movie trailers, and he is going to be making a killing!! So, I think...no, no, no, I KNOW it's going to happen for you....I'm counting the hours 'til the day I see you on the big screen kissing Brad Pitt!!! Nattie, it's so going to happen for you!!! As far as the being in love part, it sucks, doesn't it? Being in love with someone who is so far away, and you don't see it going anywhere fast.....maybe you will meet someone out here? I don't know, I can't give great advices in the love-arena, who am I to say what's right and wrong? I haven't been in a successful relationship since.....God, I can't even remember! Nattie, keep going, don't give up!!!!!!! Remember, you and I still have something to look forward too, our friend Jack!!!
