A Balancing Act synopsis:
In fifth year, Draco’s father was imprisoned and his mother was murdered by Death Eaters. He retreats to neutrality to protect himself, and one lonely night he stumbles upon Harry Potter. Naked. And masturbating. That’s not the strange part. The strange part is Harry has a vagina. Draco blackmails Harry into doing ludicrous, embarrassing things, but it doesn’t take long for Draco to admit what he really wants-Harry himself. They start a sexual relationship, and eventually find out the reason Harry has a vagina is that Dumbledore spelled him that way as a baby in an attempt to hide the “male prophecy baby” from Voldemort. Obviously, the plan went awry, and now Harry has until his 17th birthday to decide if he wants to become a boy or a girl. Draco, meanwhile, defies his recently escaped-from-Azkaban father out of fear, remains in the care of Dumbledore, and, by extension, with Harry Potter, who may just be starting to adore.
