You might want to fix your cut and formatting. lol.

And a warning about Harry's cross-gender might be a good idea too as that's a pretty big squick for some people.

LJ is screwing with me, so I resigned to just link it to my website.

How do you feel about the subject of warnings? Obviously, you're for them in some respect, because you suggested it to me, but what about when you personally stumble upon a fic that squicks you with no warning? How do you react?

Personally, I hate warnings as a writer and a reader. I feel like they oftentimes spoil a surprise (which it's sort of intended to be in this fic). And I'm not so sensitive that I won't simply "back-click" if something starts to squick me. (Het squicks me, for instance. But why would a person warn for het?) I may warn people if I post a story in a large community, but in my own journal...not so much...

Erm, sorry to ramble. I'm just curious! I debated for a long time with myself whether to warn or not.

Great story, I liked it a lot, spent the entire evening just now reading it, actually. I think it was a very clever rehash of 6th year, as well as a somewhat 'different' take on the H/D dynamics.

Hrm, this story was more about Draco's journey + answering the question of why Harry is the way he is. However! A sequel to answer your question is in the works...
