I paid a subscription to Rosetta Stone for 24 months to learn American English. It costs $144, cheaper than any course that I could take here. Now that I have paid for this, I will have an extra motivation to study every day :)

remind me, have you used duolingo? Perhaps you are beyond that.

I did, but I was not happy with the talking exercises. Duolingo has issues to recognize the voice, something that doesn't happens to me using Rosetta Stone app.

I love Rosetta Stone! They finally have an app for it that works on smart phones so I enjoy that I don't have to sit at my computer to do it anymore, I can rosetta stone from my porch or couch or if I'm off somewhere with some time to kill (:

Haha that's the way to go. But I hate when I'm pronouncing something in what sounds to meee exactly like it's doing it, but it asks me to say it again so I always end up saying it the second time in a really sarcastic eyerolling way hehe

That happened to me using Duolingo, but I don't have that problem with Rosetta Stone app.
