Sakura
I'm not sure if it's because I had one growing up, or because I'm an anime fangirl, but I absolutely adore when the sakura bloom. Especially on warm moonlit nights like tonight.
I suspect it's a combination of both.
I'm very happy that our new apartment complex has paths and drives lined with sakura, all in full fluffy pale pink blossom right now. Especially since our townhouse is right on a main driveway with a lot of them.
I'm also very glad that they have no trees of heaven. their blossoms, while pretty enough, smell like semen. no joke.
