crafty start of the week
So.... on Monday I got a package from a fabric store and decided to start working on my unfinished and/or planned works. After two days I'm feeling somewhat accomplished.
Decided to save money and made some washable nursing pads. Used some fleece that I had laying around from couple years back, and I actually only bought the flannel for this purpose. Frugal living and I still have some fabric in case I need more...

Leftover fabric from the pads was used for ponytail holders. Needles in the picture, because they needed finishing touches.
Other small stuff I made yesterday
A nursing pillow that's waiting for filling, a beach bag for a daughter of my friend, and a duvet for my son's bed... Duvet is still unfinished, but it's progressing....
Today I worked with travel bags to car.
Other one is for my son and another I will give as gift this year... when I can think of someone who needs it ^^
I also started on a large bag. Am using a old jeans and what ever scraps I have of jeans fabric, etc etc.... Here's where I started from.
So going to finish that tomorrow. Been wanting a bigger bag for sometime now...
I've also managed to paint those shirt and onsie that were dull colored... Gonna take pictures of those too, later...
