aw, it's about time i got this put together. too bad i had to go through nearly 2 grueling hours of conversion on, like, 5 of the songs so that they could be playable. :| not. COOL.

seeing as this is my first mix, i've decided to be generous in the number of songs in the compilation. :O after this, i dunno. maybe i'll just stick to 10 or 15 a mix, how's that?
this is dedicated to, well, uhm...i guess all the axel/roxas fans out there who could use a little music to get by. <3 it's a hard life, ey? the process of putting this mix together was thought through to the last detail, and i tried to make sure that the songs were put in the order they were for a reason, from roxas' intro to the organization to his last battle with axel.
i'll be making a follow up mix. call it a "next life" mix if you will.
the title for this mix is...pretty random, actually. xO so, please enjoy PlayList, and NO COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT INTENDED.

if you've seen Across the Universe, you'll understand how this is meant to be "from axel to roxas"-esque.

after listening to this song for, what, 200+ times now, i figured that axel and roxas were PERFECT for it. this song has a hidden meaning, but after some thought, i guess you could say that it describes the utter confusion and bliss that comes with being born a nobody.

03. Such Great Heights
when axel first met roxas, roxas was the quiet new kid in a crowd of strangers. axel took him atop the clock tower for the first time, and together they watched the sunset. i used this song as a muse for my fanfic "afraid of heights". from up high, the world just seems so vast...
they will see us waving for such great heights

04. Everything is Alright
hearing this song just makes me feel...good. that's probably one of the reasons why i listen to it while i do chores. xO but in axel and roxas' relationship, i see it as a song of concern coming from both of them: roxas confiding in axel all his questions about who he is and vice versa.

another song from Across the Universe that i can't live without. another one in axel's perspective, meant to show the instance when he's starting to develop feelings for roxas, but isn't quite sure how that's possible.

oh, gosh. how to explain this one? xD i was introduced to the soundtrack for Spring Awakening about three weeks ago, and i fell in love. this song talks about confusion about sex, and i figure it's a nice song to go with axel/roxas foreplay.
