my "so called" life.

here's a brief natalie update:
today i got to go to the estuary and kayak and canoe around to learn how to rescue people. we went to the dock of the boathouse and it made me nostalgic. I saw beth, gerhardt, victoria, and kaitlin helping all the mini-strokers; it made me want to work at strokes camp instead, but this way i get paid so yeah.
but yeah. camp starts monday officially. So far, I judge that half the people are ridiculous/crazy/super conservative (not in a political way, although maybe)/condescending. and the other half...or less than that even is super cool. luckily the people working with me on the waterfront are all wonderful.
bridal shower that i'm hosting/not gonna be at is on saturday. Frustrated about so many things regarding that becaues i think people are mad at me for not doing anything, but effing no one communicates. I don't even know what's going on. blah blah blah. i could go on, but i'm trying to be positive for a while.
i still have officially hung out with no one since coming back, and tomorrow makes it a week since i've been home.
