a quiet return
It has been almost seven years since I've posted anything here.
Wow.
I doubt anyone who was following this journal back then is still reading it now, but if you are, hello! I'm tiptoeing back into fandom. Kind of. I mean, I have something in the works. I just thought it might be less awkward when I post my new endeavor if there was at least one post from this decade already here.
Right, that. I've started vidding, which I suppose is a natural extension from icon making. In a way. In a seven-years-later sort of way. It was borne out of a week of absolute, soul-tearing stress, wherein I inevitably found myself working on a fanvid after working 14 hour days of Real Job. Nothing brings out the creativity like zero free time and twelve cups of coffee.
I will elaborate on the process (and by that I mean WHAT AM I DOING) when I post the video. For now, I will say that it deals with the finales of the last two season of Doctor Who, and it may or may not be absolutely ridiculous.
