It Isn’t Greed
Greed is wanting too much. It’s an excessive, uncontrolled desire to have everything. Wanting the latest expensive gadget, more money, the biggest helping on a plate; that’s all greed.
He steals, he can be violent and he flaunts authority. But not out of greed.
It’s not greedy to need your family. It is not greedy to want them to be happy. Nor is it selfish and it’s not asking a lot and damnit it’s not impossible.
All he wants is for his family to be together.
He’ll never want for anything more.
So why is that too much to ask?
