So, okay, it's been awhile since I posted. Shoot me.

Things have been going not good, not bad for me. Maybe it's just some sort of funk I've had since my surgery in March, but I don't think so.

My son and daughter-in-law had their baby girl May 20 and named her Emily Faith. If anyone is interested, you can go to the following website, put in this code 004 D9334, and see her pic.

Well, about two weeks ago they took her to the doctor for her first shots. While checking her over, the doctor told them that he didn't think that she could see. They are taking her to a specialist sometime this month, so hopefully he will say she can see perfectly well or at least say that it can be corrected. So, the waiting game is on.

My daughter is having another baby...which I am so worried about. Those of you who have been with me since the beginning know why, but for those of you who don't, you can go back in my journal to September 2003 if you are interested in knowing why.

Anyway, she is having another girl. If it wasn't for the problem she had before, I would be ecstatic. I love the grandchildren and wouldn't trade them for anything. The more the merrier I say. I am just so worried that she will go through the same as before or worse. Again, now I am in another waiting game.

My 18 year old dog, Jasmine, passed away a few months ago. I knew it was coming, so I was not too upset. She had a good, long life. I still have Tallulah, you know. Anyway, not long after Jasmine passed, somehow I got suckered into another puppy. So now I have a mutt. Well, not just a mutt, but a Poodle-Chihuahua mix. I guess you call them Poo-Chi's? He is black and at 4 months old weighs 3 lbs. When I first got him, he was so small that when I took him places, everyone asked me if I had a rat. A very fuzzy rat. When my daughter Ashley first saw him, she asked me what his name was. At that point, I hadn't picked out a name, but I was honestly thinking about Killer.....remember, he was only 5 weeks old and weighed less than 1/2 pound. She said that I couldn't name him that and told me what she would name him. Now, as he is getting older, he looks like he has dreadlocks hanging all over...not curls like a Poodle, but honest to goodness dreads. Which is how he came to have his name......Micro Marley. Ashley named him Micro, and Marley for, well, I guess I don't have to explain that.

Is that a bad name?
