Last week I was diagnosed with "Upper Respiratory Tract Infection". They didn't give me medicine since it was a virus and viruses are not treated with antibiotics. So I had to go through and survive the process.
I thought yesterday I was feeling better but then this morning at 4 am I woke up with a terrible and acute internal earache. My family was out of town so I had to get dressed, take a bus at that ungodly hour (no taxis around) and cry all the way to the clinic just to get a shot (which hurt like hell) and then wait for 4 hours to get a specialist check my ear.
She prescribed 4 types of meds which cost me almost $600 and even if I was given a stomach protector, the stomachache is kind of killing me now.
I'm sick and tired of feeling pain and going to hospitals and clinics and seeing doctors all the freaking time. I mean, I don't want to sound ungrateful because they saved my life 8 months ago but I think I have had more than my nerves can take.
I just wish... I can get better for a change.
