[Fanart] Brazil-tan and GermanyxItaly-ness

I posted this on hetaliabut (as you know) all the OC Nation-tans should be transferred to nationslashand here I am to present this little guy here! By the way, some of the things about Brazil-tan were made with the help of zephyr_design(because her meme with Brazil-tan was sooo~ perfect that I had to use some of her ideas).

A nation in South America know for it’s beauty and friendly nature.
Used to be a colony of Portugal but declared independence and now tries to deal with the after effects of centuries of being deprived of freedom.
Brazil-tan passes the image of a ‘eternally in vacations’ country and it’s true that the people of this nation lives a epicurean life. Brazil is a ‘my pace’ type of country and usually doesn’t like being involved with wars and conflicts (which can also mean that the military field isn’t a strong point) but will get involved if thinks that something important is at stake. Also, Brazil-tan doesn't have a good memory so he'll usually forget important things that happened in the past.
He can get a little rude, inconvenient and sometimes he’ll evade the rules to get what he wants, but usually he's always trying to get along with everyone. Brazil-tan is always trying his hardest to please his people and make them happy, but sometimes he fails and ends up doing bad things.
His personality is very friendly, happy and bright to the point of acting like everyday should be enjoyed to the max. He can even get the most ‘reserved and rigid’ countries to ‘loosen up’ a little.
I don't really know if this profile is ok (because I'm pretty sure my opinion is biased, but I tried to make something similar to the profiles of the other nations). What do you think? I kind of imagine him being a mix of Feliciano (being kind of useless), Francis (oh God.... those two together would give nightmares to the rest of the nations D:) and ( now, thanks to zephyr_design ) a little bit of Ivan o_O.
