States. Provinces. Prefectures. Administrative Divisions.
While these distinct places may not always serve a role on the international scale, they have important things to tend to at home, whether providing food, caring for their people, or simply making a profit. Or they did, until they were whisked away to a personalized comfortable cell - keeping them complacent with the situation with providing just enough for them to survive but not enough so they don't have to work.
Some are happy. Others are miserable. But most don't know how to feel about their prolonged stay. For better or worse, this place that pulled them away from the only world they ever known can either bring them together for their similarities or break them apart for their differences. Or perhaps, it is those very similarities that may be their own downfall before they're able to get out.

Nations can’t possibly watch over their 'children' all the time, now can they? You know, the people they call their citizens? Who’s there to watch and make sure they aren’t screwing everything up and making their fellow citizens pull their hair out? Their states, cities, and provinces, of course!
It’s another day, another fist full of green until you’re torn from your daily routines and deposited, much like some sort of immigrant or tourist into HQ. Now, It’s had a bit of an evolution from the past. In that instead of looking like an asylum, there’s a quaint little town filled with resident run shops and little neighborhoods are sectioned off for each country, with houses for their separate states and provinces.
But don’t be fooled, my friends. Behind every white picket fence and every country’s gate there lie secrets and mysteries abound. And well, as those who have been around for quite some time will tell you - you never know what you just might find.
