Time: Present
Question For: All Nations

Question: It's about 3 AM and you wake up to the sound of a child crying. Tired and obviously not thinking straight, you go to investigate and open your front door only to find that your closest ally has somehow been reverted back into a child looking to be about 2 to 3 years old and then left on your door ( Read more... )

Q1: Laugh. Then cuddle him. Try to calm him down and take him home with me until I can figure out how to fix things, of course. In the meantime, I could show him what cartoons and games are! And good-tasting food!

Q2: Yaaay, Arthur is back! Did you bring me any new toys? Oh, oh, I wanna show you the picture I drew! It has you and me and my new friend Mr. Jackalope!

Q1: You wouldn't find it strange that he's a child and on your front porch? You seem like you'd handle things very well! What kinds of games and food are you going to (re)introduce him to?

Q2: Mr. Jackalope?

Q1: It would be really weird, and I wouldn't want him to be stuck as a kid because then I'd basically be devoid of my... closest ally, but I wouldn't freak out. I'm sure that I'd figure out how to reverse it soon enough. And it would be cool to see what he was like as a kid anyway. We could eat burgers and hot dogs and ice cream! And play... umm... Well, I'm not sure what games are best for kids that age, so I'd just have to see what interests him.

Q2: Mr. Jackalope is really cute! He's fluffy and he has long pointy ears and antlers, and he hops around~!

Q1: Well what if you found out he wouldn't be turning back anytime soon? Would you continue to raise him or hand him off someone one a little more qualified to raise kids? Hopefully that won't be all you feed him. Children need fruits and vegetables too, no matter how much they dislike them. You wouldn’t want him getting all fat would you? I suppose see what interests him would work.

Q2: *Is awful with kids* Aw, Mr. Jackalope does sound really cute! Can I have him? Has England seen him yet?

Q1: But... That's horrible! I'd be losing my closest ally! I know he wouldn't be dead or anything like that, but it still wouldn't be the same, 'cause he'd be a child that doesn't even remember me! There's no guarantee that he'd grow up to be the same person, either...

Still, if that was the case then I definitely couldn't hand him off to someone else. I've never raised kids before myself, but I could learn.

[[Whoops, didn't see this~!]]

Well, since you've never raised kids before, you'll probably need some help. Is there anyone you'd want to have helping you raise him?

I guess Canada would be the first person I'd go to if I needed help, 'cause he lives right next door and he'd probably feel just as obligated to raise Arthur as I would, considering that he did the same for us. But Canada isn't any older or more experienced with that stuff than me, so I might have to ask Japan for advice.

Japan? But he doesn't have any experience in raising kids either so how would he help?

He's older than UK, so I'm sure he's learned something about that sort of thing over the years.

Are you sure? He doesn't reallly seem like the type to be around kids all that often... but I suppose that if you think he'll can help, than he probably will be able to.

Q2: No, not yet, but I want them to meet! I've been telling Mr. Jackalope all about Arthur, so I bet he's really excited too!

Q2: *Is reminded of England's faries* Ah, do you plan on showing England Mr. Jackalope anytime soon? Is Mr. Jackalope real?

Q2: Yeah, I wanna as soon as we go back to my house. Mr. Jackalope is really shy, but he'll pro'ly like England, 'cause England is even able to make friends with faeries and unicorns!
... OF COURSE he's real! What kind of silly question is that?!

Q2: Well if he's shy, how do you know he'll let England see him? ... Um have you ever seen England's faeries and unicorns? Well, it's just, I've lived in.... *realizes America's isn't technically America at the moment* the colonies... my whole life, and well, I've... never seen a Jackalope before?

'Cause he knows that England is my favoritest person in the world! And England is really good with animals! I saw one of his faeries before! I haven't met his unicorn yet, but he said I could the next time I go to his house, and we're going there now!

I TOLD YOU, they're really shy. Only a couple people ever get to meet them.
