Question: This is a question I’m sure many of us have and I’m sure you guys are bound to know…WHERE IN THE WORLD IS CARMEN SANDIEGO...or rather which of you might be housing her? Finding her location is of the utmost importance for reasons I can not say as of this moment and I hope that you can help me out!

Carmen Sandiego? It looks like she's visited Su-san's place and Russia's, but she hasn't been to mine. Maybe she'll actually go somewhere she's already gone to before, since everyone might think she must have gone to a new place?

Well, I believe she has been captured once in London, but as to her whereabouts currently, I believe I might not be the correct source. Instead, a certain vocal group might be of more help. That said,

Though, I must warn you, it is not enough to merely capture her. You must first obtain the loot, then the warrant, then the crook, who will then lead you to a giant map, where she will lead you on a chase around the world, which you must complete within 45 seconds.
