Hello lovely ladies and occasional but just as lovely gentleman of NA's Community~
This Halloween, the nations are running around doing contests for candy. But! We certainly don't think you guys should be left out of the fun.
So the nations participating in these Halloween Events will be putting on a costume contest for you. And you decide which one of these guys (or girls) gets one step closer to winning. Vote for who ever you think is the best dressed, or the most entertaining.
