It's my first day of work today! I'm so excited but there's one problem! The uniform is waaaay dull and ugh I hate it so much... Any fashionistas have an idea about how I can improve it? It's a white short-sleeved shirt, black dress pants, a black apron, a blue and yellow scarf and the ugliest black hat ever.

Work is work, not fashion show aru!
Not wearing your uniform properly is disrespectful to your boss and shows your insincerity. You should be glad you are given chance to work aru!

Well, it's just a uniform, right~? They're made for work, so they're going to get dirty. I think you shouldn't change it, but the scarf is really clashing with the rest of your uniform...you could change that to fit better with the black of your uniform?

The point of the uniform is to unify the look of the company's employees. Dull as it may be, there should be no room for concern about individuality. If you have energy to worry about the uniform, you should try redirecting it to doing the task at hand.

Work safe pins? It would be a small way to express individuality but at the same time not be cause for arguements witht he boss.

...unless you have a very finicky boss, then you are on your own for finding out what they will and will not allow.
