It depends on where the land is. If it is in a tropical region, a resort would be good, if it's far north... I'm... not... sure.

Either way I woud find some use for it! No land of mine will go to waste!

It would be mine, I would fight for it... depending on who it was. If I have a fighting chance against them, I would go to war.

Q1: Name it? I haven't thought about such a thing... Nýr heimili, perhaps. It translates to 'New Home.' It may be slightly too literal for some tastes, but I've always liked to keep things simple and save energy for more important things.

Q2: To be completely honest, I would try to sell it off. I have such a small population at my place that more land would be almost a hassle. Plus... I could use the funds.

Q3: Negotiations. I don't have my own military, building one over a piece of land would be far too costly.

Q2: Whatever kind of land it is, there will be people who will take interest and we'll find some use of it soon enough! They could live there too if they like. The land is for using, right?
