The usual -- for the empire to grow again. For my birthday, you ask? Well, first off, I would like for the tabloids to cease printing all those stories and go focus on France somebody else for a change. I would also like for people to respect my personal space a bit more and not grill me so much about my personal life, and that includes my love life. Also, more beer. This is a HAPPY celebration!

There are also a few ... personal things, but I'd rather not go into that.
